Refund & Return Policy

 

At Menovas, our primary goal is your satisfaction with our products. If, however, you receive a damaged product or an item that doesn't match your order, we are here to assist you. Please review our return and exchange guidelines below:

Damaged or Incorrect Product: In the event that you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, please return it to us along with your order number.

Upon receiving the product and confirming the issue, we will promptly dispatch a replacement to you.

Exchange Policy: As per our company policy, we do not offer refunds or accept returns once a product has been sold. However, we provide the option to exchange the product for a different size, subject to the following conditions:

  • Return/Exchange requests must be initiated within 48 hours (2 working days) of the product's delivery.
  • Exchange is allowed with the inclusion of transportation fees.
  • To request an exchange, please send an email to us at contact.menovas@gmail.com with your exchange request.
  • Once acknowledged by our team, you will be responsible for returning the product to us. Please note that we do not provide a reverse pickup service. It's important to obtain an acknowledgment receipt from the courier person, including their signature and mobile number, as Menovas cannot be held responsible for lost shipments.
  • The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility and is non-refundable. We recommend using a traceable mail service.
  • For the exchange, please send the product to the following address: [Menovas Business Address].
  • To qualify for an exchange, the product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all labels and tags intact, and in its original packaging.
  • Please include your name, address, and email on the parcel, along with the desired size for the exchange.
  • Please note that only one exchange is permitted per order.
  • Size exchanges are available, and you can select a bigger or smaller size of equal value to the exchanged product, with the shipping/COD costs to and from deducted.

Cancellation of Orders:

  • Prepaid orders cannot be canceled.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement by emailing us at contact.menovas@gmail.com.
  • By placing an order, the customer agrees not to dispute Menovas's decision and accepts our judgment regarding cancellations.

Credit Note for Unavailable Sizes:

If the desired size for an exchange is unavailable, we will issue a credit note.

This credit note will be sent to your email and can be utilized for your next purchase on the Menovas website. Please ensure you use the credit within 30 days of its issuance.

Partial Order Exchange:

Yes, you can exchange eligible products within 48 hours of delivery. Please note that certain items may not be returnable or exchangeable.

Fit Issues:

If a product doesn't fit, and you require a different size, please request a size exchange with our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will do our utmost to assist with size exchanges, subject to availability. If the requested size is unavailable, we will offer you the option of a credit note for future purchases.

Non-Acceptance of Exchanges:

Exchanges/Returns are not accepted due to reasons such as dissatisfaction with the material or color of the dress. We strongly recommend thoroughly reading the product description and reviewing all product images before making a purchase. Additionally, you can contact us for further details about the product.

Please be aware that our products are meticulously crafted by skilled artisans, and variations in color, finish, and overall appearance may occur. These variations can be influenced by the accuracy of your monitor's display, and we appreciate your understanding in this regard.

Please note that there may be a 10-12% color difference depending on your device's screen resolution and camera lighting. We do not accept exchanges or returns for color variations in such cases.

Exchanges/Returns are not accepted for products that have been washed or worn.

Products purchased from the SALE section are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
